Job Description

Ant Yapi Florida is looking for an Accountant to work at our Miami, FL office.

To ensure success, candidate should be a critical thinker, proficient in math and accurate with a solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Top candidates will have outstanding ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Project managers on creating project profiles and budgets.

• Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.

• Accurately perform reconciliations of Vendor’s Statements and provide payment status.

• Prepare monthly invoices for our clients.

• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry,

• Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone and email

• Prepare financial reports for management and project managers.

• Data entry of requisitions, purchase orders and other financial documentation for projects

Requirements:

• BS/BBA degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Business Adminsitration or related.

• Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

• Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Excel).

• Experience with Quickbooks is a big plus!

• Salary commensurate with level of experience.
