Job Description
Ant Yapi Florida is looking for an Accountant to work at our Miami, FL office.
To ensure success, candidate should be a critical thinker, proficient in math and accurate with a solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Top candidates will have outstanding ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Project managers on creating project profiles and budgets.
Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
Accurately perform reconciliations of Vendor’s Statements and provide payment status.
Prepare monthly invoices for our clients.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry,
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone and email
Prepare financial reports for management and project managers.
Data entry of requisitions, purchase orders and other financial documentation for projects
Requirements:
BS/BBA degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance/Business Adminsitration or related.
Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail with the superb organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Critical thinker with a high proficiency in math.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (Excel).
Experience with Quickbooks is a big plus!
Salary commensurate with level of experience.
